Amber Orman, M.A., BCBA, LBA – Clinical Director

Amber is a licensed and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and the founder of GTAC. She has a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on Autism and has been trained in Verbal Behavior, Feeding, Discrete Trials, Toilet Training, Natural Environment Teaching, Crisis Prevention Intervention, CPR, and First Aid. Amber has experience working and consulting within schools, homes, and clinics. She provides training for Registered Behavior Technicians, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, parent training, behavioral interventions and support, program development, and school consultation. Amber is committed to maximizing services for individuals with autism and their families in the Golden Triangle area.

Lakisha Hall, B.S., RBT -

Behavior Technician

Lakisha (known as Ms. Kisha to our GTAC kids) graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Lakisha has been a Registered Behavioral Technician since 2018 and has received training at GTAC in Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, Crisis Prevention Intervention, CPR and First Aid. Lakisha provides one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients as well as training for new RBTs, teachers, and parents.

Mika Stringer, A.A.S., RBT -

Lead Instructor/Behavior Technician

Mika played a vital role in the foundation of GTAC in 2015 and has continued to serve the children of the Golden Triangle area by providing ABA interventions as a Registered Behavior Technician since. She graduated from East Mississippi Community College in 2014 and is currently attending Troy University to obtain her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in ABA as well as accruing supervision hours to sit for her BCaBA Boards. At GTAC, Mika received training in Verbal Behavior, Feeding, Discrete Trials, Toilet Training, Natural Environment Teaching, Crisis Prevention Intervention, CPR, and First Aid. While attending Troy University, Mika has taken courses on Manding, Motor Imitation, Toileting, Feeding Behaviors and more.  Mika provides one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in multiple settings as well as training for new RBTs, teachers, and parents.

De’Quinten Spraggins, B.I.S., RBT – Behavior Technician

De'Quinten (known as Mr. Q to our GTAC kids) graduated from Murray State University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology.  He is currently attending Purdue University pursing his Master’s in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavioral Analysis.  De’Quinten has been a Registered Behavior Technician since 2017 and is currently working on accruing supervision hours to sit for his BCBA Boards. At GTAC, De’Quinten has received training in Verbal Behavior, Feeding, Discrete Trials, Toilet Training, Natural Environment Teaching, Crisis Prevention Intervention, CPR, and First Aid. De’Quinten provides one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients as well as training for new RBTs, teachers, and parents.
